I worked as a registered nurse in the 1970's into the early 1980's. I then moved to California and began to focus on learning and teaching Hatha yoga. I have specialized in that work, especially in teaching yoga therapeutically in a group environment as well as privately since 1987. I began studying with Gary Kaftsow in 1987 and value and respect and appreciate his teaching and work today.
