Description

Here are two basic Viniyoga practices for you to try: the first is a breath and movement asana practice of approximately 53 minutes. The second is an asana practice with breath adaptation ending with a seated pranayama practice; running tme is approximately 54 minutes. Drawings of the poses are included. Both practices are guided by Gary Kraftsow, author of Yoga for Wellness.
