Hi! In addition to my study of yoga, I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner who enjoys bringing a real-world approach to teaching. I believe it is important to have a positive and upbeat attitude to support the hard work of developing a yoga practice. By taking a honest look at what needs to be adjusted, we can make great strides in our self development. The combination of "keeping things real" and being of positive support is my way of serving my students.

I work with both groups and individuals. For groups, the classes vary (i.e. open classes, teams, families, those who share a common struggle, charity benefits, and corporate settings). For individuals, I enjoy addressing specific goals (i.e. working through injury, building physical development, developing breath work, learning meditation).
