Lauri received her BA from San Diego State in Interior Design. Moved to Maryland and opened a bakery. Moved to Scotland and had two children. Moved back to Maryland and worked as a portrait artist, professional volunteer and dance teacher then she discovered yoga, then Viniyoga and Gray Kraftsow and Yoga Therapy. The future is open to all possibilities and the opportunity to share this practice with anyone who needs a guiding hand. Yoga Therapy has guided Lauri through the challenges of living with Scoliosis and recovery from Ovarian Cancer. Those experiences informs her teaching as well as her continued practice.
