Sleep is essential for physical and mental health, which is why it’s so important to develop an awareness of your own sleep hygiene so that you can eliminate bad habits, cultivate good ones, and create a routine that works for you. This course offers an opportunity for you to use the tools of Yoga Therapy to regain healthy, restorative, and consistent sleep, and offers support for sleeplessness and insomnia.

This course is designed for people who are experiencing sleep issues and also for Yoga Therapists and [yoga] teachers who are working with clients or students who experience poor-quality sleep. Even yoga beginners can benefit from the information and materials presented in this course.

Gary’s holistic, multidimensional approach draws from both contemporary science and a traditional yogic perspective, using āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breath practices), mantra, and meditation to support each layer of your being.
