Carolyn created Bluewater Yoga Studio in Red Wing, MN in 1996. She completed the 500 hour Teacher Training with AVI in 2001, studied Yoga and Yoga Therapy with the Desikachars for 12 years and is certified as a Yoga Therapist by IAYT. She studied Vedic Chanting for many years with Radha Sundararajan who certified her as a Vedic Chant Teacher in 2019, and then with Simone Moors. Carolyn meets regularly with her Sanga of European Yoga Teachers and Trainers, and likes to bring yoga philosophy into all of her teachings.
