I teach Yoga and Ayurveda and practice, because I believe the lesson learned in yoga and the Ayurvedic life style help us gain greater balance, physical strength, flexibility and the ability to adapt to change as we walk through our lives.
My teaching experience is rich and diverse, the ability to help others is privilege; I honor it by continuing to do my personal practice, study, listen, and learn more and be open to what is. Friends, clients and students who place their trust in me to help them in their journey to self discovery and healing deserve no less.
My practices as a Viniyoga therapist , Ayurvedic clinical specialist , and yoga teacher ,include clients and people living with Arthritis, Diabetes ,Cancer, Fibromyalgia, spines issues such herniated disks, Parkinson’s, Strokes, Anxiety, obesity, sleep disturbances, stress and digestion issues, eating habits and doshas imbalances . My goal is to enhance the health and well-being of my clients by reducing symptoms, restoring balance, increase self understanding , encouraging prevention and facilitating healing at all levels.
I consider Healing Ministry to be my spiritual teaching and ordained as a Healing Ministry with an S.H.L. (Licentiate in Sacred Healing) degree. The St. Thomas Christian Church carries forward the mystical tradition of the Judeo-Christian esoteric teachings wherein healing is an important factor.
