Description
An introduction to Yoga Therapy for mental and emotional issues, including knowledge and practical tools which you can put to use right away.
We will focus on common symptoms that arise from a variety of mental and emotional conditions. Like the first immersion, this session will include training in simple assessment, as well as designing and implementing intervention strategies.
Three three-hour sessions, January 14, 21, 28, 2025 from 1pm – 4pm PT.
Follow-up sangha meetings are scheduled for Mar 4, April 1, May 6 from 1pm – 3pm PT.
Students who complete this immersion session will receive a 10% discount on Viniyoga Clinical Applications Program Session 3.
These Yoga Therapy Immersions are limited to AVI sangha only and are intended to enhance not replace Yoga Therapist certification training.
15 CEUs available for Yoga Alliance and IAYT upon attendance and successful completion of all home study assignments. $35 administrative fee applies.
